Role Summary

As Operations Director, you will be a senior leader responsible for overseeing and driving all operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality. You will partner with other C-level executives and functional heads to translate strategy into action, optimize processes, and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the operations strategy aligned with company vision, objectives, and financial goals Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal resource allocation, and strong cross-departmental coordination Define, monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across operations Lead process redesign, operational excellence initiatives, and workflow automations Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, quality, and governance standards Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational forecasting Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team Engage with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, regulatory bodies) as needed Drive change management, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) 10+ years of progressively senior operations / general management experience Proven track record in scaling operations, managing budgets, and delivering efficiency gains Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision making Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and change management skills Familiarity with Singapore's business environment, regulatory, compliance frameworks is highly advantageous
