For an MNC dealing with manufacturing of footwearJob Summary:

• Basic Monthly Salary: up to $10,000 (depending on relev exp)
• Annual Wage Supplement & Yearly Performance Bonus
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Well-known MNC firm with great career progression

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of operations management regionally and ensure continuity of business operations at all times.
• Devise and develop comprehensive operational strategies, through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities.
• Foster transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational teams to facilitate effective problem-solving and drive operational excellence.
• Support strategic direction in improving effectiveness and efficiency across all operational processes and procedures.
• Manage and mentor the operational teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support corporate operational needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance policies, relevant ethical and compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements as part of key operational priorities.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant working experience in a similar industry (footwear industry)
