As a
Business Planning & Strategy Analyst
, you'll work at the intersection of engineering and business--providing financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive operational and financial performance.What It Offers?
Salary: Up to $5,000, Permanent Role with AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: CBD area, near MRT station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
Evaluate thefeasibility and return on investment (ROI)
of capital projects Monitor and analyseoperational costs and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
for senior management Deliver actionablebusiness and financial insights
Liaise withgovernment agencies
andexternal business partners
Key Requirements:
Degree in
Chemical Engineering
Minimum5 years of working experience in manufacturing plant operations
Strong interest or experience inbusiness planning, FP&A, or cost accounting
Strong skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines independentlyWhy This Role?
