:Connect Energy partners with a global supplier of intelligent equipment in the renewables and oil and gas industries to look for an OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to join their team in Singapore.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and execution of projects (internal and external clients) with knowledge of production and logistical processes and products and their interrelated matters.
• Project reporting on progress of activities and point out deviations regarding delivery time, budget and quality processing operations and processing sequences applied in the project execution process
• Reading of technical drawings and preparing technical specifications, reports and other project documents
• Technical support for Service Team on projects
• Hands on, acts as escalation point and reference point for other colleagues
• Financial monitoring of project execution (invoicing and payment follow up)

• Diploma in engineering
• Min. 2 years of technical knowledge and working experience in a comparable project or operation management position.
• Oil and Gas background
• Excellent, effective communication skills and drive to succeed with a high level of flexibility
• A hands on pro-active approach, excellent negotiation skills, a go getter, and a team player
• Ability to take ownership and be flexibles
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
• Self- starting approach and confident in approaching other to create the best solutions to meet the needs of the customer
• Prepared to travel in the region (APAC)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Precise, independent and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of ISAH or similar ERP system
• Knowledge of ISO9001
• Experience with CAD and Solid Edge will be an advantage
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering / marine engineering installations and constructions
• Knowledge for hydraulics is a MUST.
• Willing to work in Tuas vicinity.
