Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or a related field.

Proven experience in a managerial role within a mechanical engineering or operations environment.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in project management tools and operational management software.
