Promote and enhance process improvement in terms of logistics internal processes for not only operational aspects but also administrative aspects as well.
Design and define the newly implemented processes together with Ops team
Plan the new business process and implementation for the entire department such as the new cost management method.
Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify areas for improvement and track progress
Conducting regular audits and quality checks to identify deviations from standard processes and address them accordingly.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities
Identifying and implementing technology solutions to improve operations efficiency, such as automation or digitization.
1-2 Project Management / Business Planning
For major customer\xe2\x80\x99s projects, take a lead and initiate both internal and external discussions
For 3 to 5 years span, draft and present the business plan to higher management related to major or new strategic customers
Draft projected P/L related to the projects and business plans
Negotiate with the relevant customers as well as our relevant partners, vendors.
Leading process improvement projects and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Monitoring industry trends and benchmarks to stay updated on best practices and identify areas for innovation.
Requirement :
- Handson warehouse operation and compliance experience
- Those with project management and warehouse process design experience will be at advantage
- Must have 3PL , freight forwarding warehouse working experience with 6 sigma certified
- Good communication skills set with ( progress report ) senior management and customers
