Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B/ Catering & Event
- Position Title: Operations Executive/ Operations Coordinator
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tanah Merah/ Simei)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm; Sat 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Phone Allowance + Lunch Provided + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Oversees Central Kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s operations
- To be in charge of compliance (SFA, NEA etc.)
- Maintain proper cleaning schedule
- Schedule work shifts for employees
- Ensuring proper organization of documents, inventory, storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Well-versed/ trained in FSMS (with certification will be a bonus) and Food Hygience Audit (FHO)
- Able to work half day on Saturday
