Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create Service Orders in SAP
- Closure of Service Orders in SAP
- Manual Entry of Staff Timesheet for SM Orders in SAP
- Request for Billing and submission to eApps for Billing Request
- Prepare & Update Monthly Report/s
- Daily check & Download Gebiz Purchase Order
- Prepare e-Shipping (overseas repair) and e-Transport (local delivery)
- Raise ePurchase Requisition
- In-charge of LEOS BU General Office administration (PR & PO, POD, Liaise with Vendor)
- In-charge of LEOS BU IT Hardware Asset
- LEOS BU POC on Learning & Development (Internal & External Training)
- Other admin tasks may be assigned by management
- 2 years contract (renewable and convertible to perm)
- Ang Mo Kio
- 0830 to 1800 (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)
- Up to $2,800 + Completion bonus
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Engineering or Administration
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (eg Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words)
- Team player, yet independent with strong ability to multi-task and meticulous
