We\'re looking for an Operations Executive (3 months FTC) to join our team in Singapore as part of our Operations function.

Your team: This role will sit within the Operations Team to support the operational delivery of the Money20/20 Asia show

Your Role: You will be a core support role both in the lead up to and onsite delivery of the show.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Operations and Commercial Operations Leads with pre-show and onsite planning and delivery.
  • Management of the exhibition floor pre-show and onsite, including but not limited to stand plan management, delivery for turnkey stand packages, support with floor plan management liaising with the Venue, General Contractor and other exhibition contractors such as Health & Safety Floor Managers and Exhibitor Contractors.
  • Oversee sponsor onboarding, including pre-show and onsite support, information and logistics and focussing on providing an excellent experience for sponsors.
  • Mailbox management: efficiently manage the inbound and outbound messages through the assist mailbox, ensuring timely and organised handling of incoming messages, in alignment with company policies demonstrating a high level of customer service.
  • Manage the collation and management of accurate sponsor data used by various teams and partners according to strict company and data protection policies.
  • Responsible for the process of collecting and uploading sponsor profiles and logos to the show website and app.
  • Administration including but not limited to the production of pre-show and onsite documentation, briefing packs, minute taking for weekly team meetings, raising purchase orders and cross-checking data.
  • Support on other core delivery activities of the show such as, but not limited to coordinating branded assets, ordering show resources, managing show shipments, managing onsite requirements and scheduling of temporary staffing for the show and setup and management of the onsite organisers office.

Special requirements
  • As this role supports teams across different time zones, alternative work hours will be required, as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel. (This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary and you need to be able to travel to Thailand.
