Job Summary:

• 2 Years Renewable Contract
• Located at Boon Lay
• 5 Days (8.00AM to 5.30PM)
• Up to $4,500
• Completion Bonus + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Operations Support team, providing back-office Sales & Distribution assistance to business users.
• Process sales orders (SO): Update and maintain sales order data for all order types in SAP and other databases.
• Process delivery orders (DO): Update and track delivery/service acceptance status and documentation in SAP and other databases.
• Monitor and track the end-to-end fulfilment of all sales activities until payment is received.
• Prepare regular reports and presentation materials related to Sales & Distribution.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant SAP experience is preferred
