Operations Executive (bus / Big Fleet Related Operations / Up To $3000)

Job Description
- Singapore Based (Woodlands)
- 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, after 6months training will be shift work: 5am to 2pm / 2pm to 11pm)
- At least 2 years of experience in bus or big fleet-related operations role + Must possess prior experience for operations in related fields (logistics, transportation etc)

- Attending to customer phone calls
- Assist in checking invoices
- Data entry
- Arrangement and scheduling of bus trips
- Checking of bus movements
- Assist in recruitment of bus drivers
- Liaison with bus drivers
- Assist in checking of bus drivers\' payroll
- Liaison with external bus maintenance vendors
- Ensuring the working condition of bus GPS and CCTV systems
- Application, distribution and tracking of driver\'s diesel tags
- Assist in dispatch and back up bus arrangements
- Understudy with operations manager
