Our client is a prominent transportation and logistics company based in Singapore.Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transportation operations, including route planning, bus scheduling, and driver supervision to ensure safe and punctual student transportation, while overseeing subcontractor payments
• Lead and develop a team of six (6) Customer Service and Operations staff, providing training and conducting performance reviews to improve service quality
• Ensure all vehicles adhere to safety standards through regular inspections and maintenance scheduling
• Act as the primary contact for school administration, addressing transport-related issues or emergencies
• Quickly resolve operational challenges to minimize service disruptions
• Maintain detailed records of transportation activities, such as incident reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with school administration and the Core Team to ensure transportation services align with objectives and regulations

Job Requirement(s):

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, with a focus on subcontractor or driver management
• Previous experience in the private bus industry is an advantage
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of ownership
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
