Job Description
Location: Suntec 5 Days Work Week $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on experience) Responsibilities
- Charter Party Terms Negotiation to charter space to move cargo from Yeosu to West Coast India (Kandla, JNPT) and Dongnai Vietnam through communication with brokers.
- Work with broker, HQ, Agent for Vessel clearance to load port and disport.
- Operational communications with HQ and vessel owner for stowage planning before vessel arrival to prepare for tank inspection, ensuring loading can commerce smoothly.
- Communicate with HQ and Agents for provisional price for supplier and buyers.
- Act as the middleman between HQ with agent to troubleshoot any issues between the parties. Eg: LC discrepancies, BL issuance, CEPA and declaration form, price settlement, documentations.
- Operational and Commercial with HQ, broker and agent for smooth operations
- Contracts and Prepayment settlement
- Apply for CNB permit for TOL discharging Singapore
- Perform Know your Client process to register new customers and supplier
- PNL analysis and settlement
- Diploma with 2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
