Job Description

• Position : Operations Executive (Credit Card / eCommerce Merchant) -CENTRAL
• Location : COLLYER QUAY (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days a week; Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave + Insurance Coverage
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Electronic Payment Service, Solution and Technology Provider

Main Responsibilities:

• To support daily eCommerce merchant operations and enquiries.
• To be responsible for merchants profile setup and account maintenance.
• To assist the Operation and Service Manager in daily work report.
• To communicate with eCommerce merchants and partners closely to solve day to day operational issues and to ensure high customers satisfaction.
• To review reports and operational procedures to develop new ideas, methods to streamline operation process, revenue and profitability.
• To facilitate the launch of new projects and products to eCommerce merchants and partners.
• To perform ad hoc project as requested.
• To liaise between merchants and/or their IT vendor and internal IT team to solve merchant's te
• chnical difficulties
• To monitor merchant's transactions daily to check if there's any suspicious activity

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Training provided
• Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 years of experience in Operation and Services in sizeable organization
• Banking or financial related or regional operation experience will be an advantage
• Familiar with Credit Card products will also be an advantage
• Analytical minded and able to work independently and under pressure with tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
