Location: Ubi Ave 1
Working Hours: 8am 5.00pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000 Per month
This is a Permanent role.
Main Tasks:
ORDER PROCESSING:
- Responsible for order management and order processing
- Process orders, create sales document, send acknowledgement to the customer and update on order fulfillment and delivery
- Check stock availability or forward the order details to our supply chain/procurement
- Follow up on timely delivery of orders and document
- Prepare sales invoice in compliance with customers need, including modes of payment
- Communicate with customers regarding their billing and assists with collection
- Knowledge of LC and shipping document is a plus
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- GCE N, O, A or Diploma
- Relevant vocational training is acceptable.
- At least 3 of job-related experience is a must.
- Expert knowledge on MS Office is required.
- ICC training in ISBP, Incoterms, Import & Export, Documentary Collections are an advantage
