This advertisement is for recruiting competent personnel to be seconded to a MOE Secondary school in Yishun. Contract Period : From 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. If performance is up to standard, the School may extend the contract for up to 2 years till 31st Dec 2025. Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break Fridays, 7 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break Rest on Sat, Sun & Public Holidays Job Responsibilities: 1. Inspection & Checks . (Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately) Walkabout to check for . Mosquito breeding . Pest control . Acts of vandalism . Breach of security . Water blockage & building seepage . Canteen hygiene 2. General Maintenance . (Fault-reporting system) Simple General Repairs . Simple repairs and carpentry work . Resolve simple electrical issues/faults such as power trip . Assist in school decoration . Moving bulky items as and when required 3. Landscaping . Garden maintenance . Check on plants that need to be trimmed and inform Term Contractors . Maintain the school fish pond . Maintain spice garden, and ensure areas are neat and free from mosquito breeding 4. Other Duties . General Improvement Works . Assist in maintaining OM and Emergency Store . Other duties as and when required by School Leaders and Operations Manager Minimum Qualifications & Experience A pass in PSLE. Please submit PSLE Certificate Simple administrative and office work Operate and maintain basic office equipment and material Excellent team player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task Strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with relevant experience in a school pace environment will be preferred.
