JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Operations Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Verifying course schedules, enrolment and assessment records are uploaded correctly and timely in Training Partners Gateway (TP Gateway)
- Assist in data collation and reports generation on training attendance, performance, and other relevant metrics as required
- Assist in issuance of digital certificates
- May need to perform occasional course support activities
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Meticulous and eye for detail in handling data
- Resourceful and flexible
- Highly responsible, team player and adapt to changes well
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Familiarity with Learning Management System, Training Management System and TP Gateway would be advantageous
