Multi Outlet Operations Lead (Food Court Group)

Islandwide

Schedule:

6 days per week, 44 hours

Salary:

$3,000-$3,500

What You'll Take Charge Of

Keep daily operations at several outlets running smoothly so customers breeze through without a hitch. Be the go-to support for tenants, helping them solve problems and sharpen their business flow. Plan manpower, manage schedules, and coordinate with vendors and cleaning teams. Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards across every outlet. Track sales performance and suggest straight-forward improvements. Assist in new outlet launches and help set up operational systems. Someone who likes being hands-on and solving problems on the ground. A clear, calm communicator who can work well with tenants, staff, and customers. Experience in F&B, facilities management, or operations is a strong advantage.
