Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of heavy vehicle parks to ensure smooth running and operational efficiency. Respond to customer and sales enquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct regular site inspections to check on cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Liaise with contractors and service providers to address maintenance or operational needs. Monitor park usage, occupancy, and performance to support planning and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations. Assist in implementing process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and park efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Good working attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
