Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Operations Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Town – easily accessible.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of facility, including Reception, Café and Pantry Services teams.
- Oversee and manage the administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll for the entire outsourced team
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are in compliance
- Maintain good relationships with client and key stakeholders
- Participate in the manpower deployment
- Monitor F&B service standards
- Responsible in preparing various reports for management, including monthly catering records and consumption reports
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in hospitality or F&B industry
- Able to work in face paced environment
