Lifinitix Logistics SG Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and driven

Operations Executive

to join our Logistics and EXIM (Export-Import) Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

TradeNet

, and be well-versed in preparing and submitting

customs declarations

for both import and export shipments in Singapore. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of cargo across borders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit

customs declarations

via

TradeNet

for air, sea, and land freight. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with

Singapore Customs

and other regulatory authorities. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to arrange timely deliveries and clearances. Monitor and track shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain proper filing of shipping, customs, and regulatory documents for audits and internal controls. Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to support the full logistics cycle - from planning to delivery. Handle

permit applications

, classification of HS codes, and declaration of controlled goods. Assist in resolving any customs or cargo discrepancies quickly and efficiently. Maintain operational data and reports using logistics software and MS Excel. Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree

in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.

1-3 years

of relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations. Proven experience using

TradeNet

for

customs declarations

is preferred. Knowledge of Singapore import/export regulations and HS code classification. Familiar with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar TMS/WMS platforms). Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(especially Excel and Word).

Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset. Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
