Description
- Coordinate daily roster and supervise different work sites
- Review daily job reports for submission to Management
- Attending site meeting with Operations Manager
- Manage work execution and performance of junior staffs
- Facilitating in planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Dissolved issues and problem arise from cleaners
- Able to lead and coach new cleaners, can lead by example
- Responsible for the upkeep of equipments & machinery
- Able coach cleaners for ad hoc cleaning job like carpet shampoo, hijet, scrub and disinfection, polish, etc
- Need to do some paper works, sum up work hours for finance to pay the cleaner
- Recruitment of manpower for different projects
- Able to provide support for any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- must have driving license, need to send manpower and deliver chemicals and materials
- min 2-3 years experiences in related fields
- teamplayer with good problem-solving and decision making skills
- possess strong leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- resourceful & responsive
