:
1. Responsible & maintains day-to-day operations of house-keeping & highest food safety standard, cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Works closely with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department and MINDEF Lunch club to ensure proper kitchen hygiene and proper documentation.
3. Monitors all equipment, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works & report any defects to MINDEF Lunch club and ensure maintenance works are carried out accordingly by MINDEF.
4. To ensure that all Operations Manual are prepared and updated. To conduct product quality & expiry Item checks daily.
5. To liaise with SAF on all security matters and IT matters. Apply for security clearance for new staff.
6. Create Production Orders, Goods Receiving (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and waste reports (All Daily).
7. Generate reports to SAF/WSH Committee (incident, injury, covid) when required.
8. Be familiar with contingency response plans like GID and pandemic plans.
9. Raise invoice to MINDEF lunch Club for month meals and coffee/Tea.
10. To maintain medical training records and ensures that all Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is valid and updated (MTR).
11. To engage Senior Officers during lunch hours to gain feedback and perform basic customer service.
12. Stock take and key in Physical Inventory Document (PID) (Monthly to complete by Work Day 1)
13. Daily consolidation of coffee/tea orders from Lunch Club.
14. Provide backend support to Camp Op admin as secondary job function.
15. Any other tasks assigned by FFC to support Camp ops.
16. Assist to track COGS and Manpower costing for lunch club
