A. Overall Purpose Of The Job The Operations Executive is responsible for assisting and supporting all aspects of MedSupply International (MSI) Singapore operations. Operations will cover end to end A. Overall Purpose Of The Job The Operations Executive is responsible for assisting and supporting all aspects of MedSupply International (MSI) Singapore operations. Operations will cover end to end Supply Chain activities for medical devices and Pharmaceuticals, including purchasing, inventory management, 3PL management, distribution, transportation, customs clearance with OTIF as a main KPI. B. Key Responsibilities Plan & execute the supply network and associated inventories to support all client projects. Assist with the management of all services providers required for the projects to meet on time in full, quality compliant and within budget execution. It includes warehousing, logistics, time and temperature sensitive deliveries, customs clearance, international and local transportation, insurance, training of staff/3PL and handover to client. Work with freight forwarders, 3PL, customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Review and analyse the best routes via Air and Sea considering cost competitiveness and quality. Ensure 3PL are adequately resourced to sufficiently support the logistics requirements. Ensure that all shipments are operating to the GDP /GMP guidelines and comply to KPI's, quality targets and compliance audits. Help monitor and manage Operations KPI's by achieving the on-time delivery specified target including Cost control, On time deliveries and Temperature control adherence. Develop & implement operational improvements by ensuring low value-added activity is reduced in all processes by using lean management / kaizen tools and techniques. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Strong educational background to degree level is preferable. A degree in Logistics, distribution, warehousing, project management, supply chain services, lean, six sigma or similar will be well regarded. Required Languages: Excellent written and oral English Language. Travel / Rotation Requirements: Occasional international travel may be required.
