Job Details:

• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Tiong Bahru

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end e-commerce operations
• In charge of order processing duties and coordinate with logistics team to ensure efficiency in shipment
• Oversee customer service operations by ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of enquiries/complains
• Monitor inventory management to ensure sufficient stock and develop forecasting strategies to minimize excess inventory

Requirements:

• Candidates with 2-5 years of operations experience are highly advantageous
• Candidates in similar industries are advantageous
• Ability to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments
