Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end order processing
- Responsible to create Sales and Purchase contracts after trades are done and verify accuracy between contracts
- Liaise with suppliers, internal and external customers/stakeholders to plan and manage the shipments according to contract requirements.
- Shipment arrangement and execution including coordination with internal and external parties
- Inventory reconciliation (monthly and quarterly) & Physical Inventory Count (quarterly),
- Negotiations of LC with banks
- Manage operations related issues. Ensure compliance of all contractual obligations
- Minimum diploma and above in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in SAP
- Experienced in handling shipping documents and incoterms
