Summary

• Location: Kent Ridge / West Area

• Working Days: Mon - Fri + Half Sat

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Ops Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency, effective management, and smooth daily operations of the clinic.

• Support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG and support the drive to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee administrative activities and be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals, and activities to improve work processes within the polyclinic

• Opportunity to collaborate with team members across other work groups focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new polyclinics development, and emergency planning

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline

• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

• Able to commit 5.5 days\' work week

• Passionate to work in the healthcare industry
