Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to support and coordinate the daily retail operations of our mini mart. The role requires initiative, responsibility, and the ability to lead store workflow and support customer experience.





Key Responsibilities include:


Oversee day-to-day shop operations and ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and smooth running Supervise and coordinate with junior retail staff and part-timers Manage stock levels, perform stock counts, and liaise with suppliers for restocking Assist with order processing and inventory data entry Perform cashier duties and generate daily sales reports Handle customer queries and resolve simple complaints Assist in planning promotional setups and merchandising Support backend logistics such as unpacking goods and delivery coordination

Requirements:


At least 1 year of experience in retail or store operations Basic understanding of inventory control and POS usage Able to communicate in simple English; knowledge of Burmese is a plus Able to work independently and lead others if required * Physically fit and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
