Brand Description: Established in 1962, Läderach Swiss Chocolatier is a decade-long family business specializing in luxury Swiss chocolate with more than fifty years of brand history. Läderach Swiss Chocolatier is managed by ROYAL INSIGNIA in Southeast-Asia.

Following the success of the chocolatier’s first pop-up in Singapore during the 2017 Christmas season, Läderach has opened up their first brick and mortar in Singapore in 2019, marking the brand’s first foray into Southeast-Asia.

Overall Job Objectives: The Operations Executive supports the coordination of day-to-day operations and stocks. He/ She prepares and ensures that boutique requisitions are fulfilled by arranging with 3PLs and managing additional part-timers when required.

He/ she is tasked with ensuring that monthly stock take and report is provided timely for accounting purposes.

Preparing Purchase Orders and Purchase requisitions, he / she ensures that stocks arrive in a timely manner to fulfill operational demands.

He/ she is a team player, possessing good communication skills, and provides direction to achieve organisational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inventory management: Inventory forecast, Stock allocation across different points of sale, Monthly stock reconciliation and review monthly stock variance
• Liaising with freight forwarders on all shipping matters regarding overseas shipment.
• Analysing freight forwarders rates to ensure utilization of the most cost-effective shipment method
• Work closely with the sales team to prepare work orders for their packaging requirements
• Manage the sourcing process from end to end. This includes: sourcing for potential suppliers, sample production, price negotiation, quality control, order fulfilment etc.
• Monitor the purchase of products from overseas suppliers and ensure that orders are delivered on time and without defects
• Working closely with the appointed 3PL on warehousing and deliveries matter
• Manage the warehouse team to ensure products are packed accordingly to the brand’s standards and orders are fulfilled on time

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
• Candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Candidate must be competent at excel
• Minimum 1 year experience with managing logistics and inventory preferred.
