Job Description

:

• Responsible for the Company’s day-to-day operational aspects of the e-commerce website and other online platforms (Shopee, Foodpanda, GrabFood), including user experience, order fulfilment and processing, customer service and webpage development.
• Work with the management and marketing team to develop appropriate e-Commerce strategies and offline marketing strategies to deliver commercial impact that meets KPIs (traffic conversion, site experience etc).
• Set up and maintain online product mix and inventory along with any site promotional activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure content accuracy for all products, forecasting of product assortment and inventory planning needs.
• Provide timely financial and performance reports on KPIs to improve product profitability and provide recommendations to achieve better performance.
• Optimise business processes and introduce new initiatives
• Identify key pain points, conduct root cause analysis, develop well-rounded solutions and manage the roll-out of these initiatives
• Work with the service team to improve customer service quality and ensure customers’ feedback are well handled.
• Oversee stock inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and to address any discrepancy
• Responsible for implementing internal logistics strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
• Liaise with overseas factory including delivery schedule planning.
• Source and manage vendors for customised or adhoc work.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Operations or relevant qualification
• Relevant operations working experience or a related field
• Resourceful, open minded and able to work under pressure
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good warehouse management skill and have good positive mind set approaching changes in operations priorities.
• Proficient with the various tools in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
