Job Description
:
- Issue stocks to Engineers and Workers daily
- Assist to generate Delivery Order
- Coordinate with logistics/shipping companies for scheduling shipments delivery
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy on monthly basis
- Conduct physical stock counts on annual and cyclical basis
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse at all times
- Reconcile shipping invoices and relevant documents to ensure accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the service and maintenance department
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or similar role is preferred
- Must be physically fit
- Possess good working attitude
- Must have problem solving skills
