Responsibilities1. Deliveries - To organize delivery services, prepare delivery order and ensure the delivery is carrying out efficiently including liaising closely with transporter on delivery matters Check stock availability, generate Delivery Order for Self-collection/ Delivery on daily basis Liaise with customer on scheduled time delivery Liaise with forwarder agents for export shipment. To organize and prepare export shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificated of Quality, HS code, Form D and any other documents) required for cargoes clearance purpose Coordinate with Customer Service on fulfilling sales orders2. Warehouse Maintain of JDE receipt and issue of Finished Goods and Materials Monitor stock level and advise Warehouse Supervisor Maintain records of incoming materials e.g. Raw Sand and Chemicals3. Production - Material Planning Work with Manager/ Supervisor on material planning for production Monitor sales forecast against material planning on weekly/ monthly basis Maintain production administrative documentsRequirements O level and above At least 2 years' experience in operations or customer service support Good interpersonal skills; willing to speak, write and listen Analytical thinking, high attention to detail and accuracy and a team player Computer literate, work with Microsoft Office software; Excel & Words and basic ERP systemOther Information: 5 days' work week 8.30am - 5.30pm We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport from Yew Tee MRTOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified: Interested applicants are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume, stating current and expected salary via the button of Apply Now
