With this growth, we are looking to hire a dynamic, results-driven and positive-minded individual to join our team as an Operations Executive.The responsibilities of this role include: Ensure smooth operations of picking and packing orders, quality control standards, preparing and facilitating shipment deliveries within the stipulated time frame Updating daily stock balance Performing monthly stock take and updating into inventory management system (Shopify) Unpacking and organising new shipment arrivals Coordinating stock movement with suppliers Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound flows, cope with delivery constraints and hiccups, local regulations, festivals, or business activities. Perform all administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, returns Handle showroom stock management, visual display and store upkeep Provide thoughtful, strategic insights into unmet user needs and help ideate actions for product, marketing, and engineering leadership to implement. Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, marketing, policy) to ensure smooth business operations.Requirements: Highly diligent, conscientious, punctual and meticulous Demonstrates ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines A professional disposition and positive attitude Good verbal and written communication skills Proactive, highly adaptable and technology savvy Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment Driven to be a problem solver and independent thinker.
