Carry out daily trade operations covering all stages of order processing (retail and online)
Conduct and perform warehouse tasks, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching in a proper and timely manner
Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions (keying of invoice, credit notes, etc.)
Handle customer service by addressing and resolving queries via calls, emails and walk-in
Support customers’ defective goods return, product issues and repair/replacement requests
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
