Job Description
- To manage end to end operations, logistics and sales support functions
- Order processing – input order into system and issue purchase order
- Planning buffer and rescheduling
- Coordinate with supplier and customer
- Logistic – inspect and handle inbound/outbound shipment monthly reports
- Ad-hoc duties, if any
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree and equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in shipping or scheduling is preferred
- Familiar with SAP Business One will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Good organization skills
- Motivated and able to work independently
