Operations Executive express their operations strategies and objectives to make sure that Wallex reaches its target and operates effectively.
Respond and support our partners and clients’ enquiries regarding their transactions in a timely manner
Conduct incoming and outgoing record;
Manage other operations duties.

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Good PR skills
Proficient in conversational and written
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good attitude and responsibilities to jobs and assignments
Good team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
Knowledge and experiences in cross border payments industry would be advantageous
