Job Description


To participate in executing strategic objectives to support the business & operations of the hospital; and to drive continous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities :

  • Liaison person with hospital’s stakeholders to conduct and review operations risk.
  • Assist to co-ordinate and manage the various operational support services; ie. security/Housekeeping/Kitchen
  • Review and implement plans to enhance work processes.
  • Review and update all operations SOPs timely.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of administrative records, general stores, office equipment/supplies.
  • Prepare documentations required to procure equipment/supplies/services; and take delivery and stock of purchases.
  • To take on adhoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
  • Assist in any new set ups within the premise with regards to space planning/construction.
  • To put up papers and justifications for new projects.
  • Ensure and maintain proper laundering, delivery and collection of soiled linen.
  • Ensure and comply to kitchen’s safe and proper food management/cleanliness.
  • Review vendor’s KPIs and compliance, and work to achieve set targets/goals.
  • Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and close operational gaps.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical./ Electronic) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in operation management/project management; preferably in the hospitality or hospital setting.
  • Excellent Interpersonal / Communication skills
  • Great Initiative and Team Player
  • Good Time Management and Prioritization.
  • Sense of Urgency
  • Ability to Hands On
