Our company is a Vegetable and Fruit Farm.

As an Operations Executive, you have to oversee the entire day-to-day farm and commercial operations as well as other ah-hoc duties.


Responsibilities

• Communicating with upper management and developing strategic operations goals; developing strategic short- and long- term plans for achieving strategic objectives, creating and managing fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses
• Identify and address problems and opportunities; plans and directs operational policies, objectives and initiatives
• Computing production, planting, application methods and harvest data on all farming activities
• Conducting of R&D trials and submitting of reports on all farm-related matters
• Ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards.
• Working with the commercial operations team and ensure operational processes are duly complied by all departments; attain sustainable growth and minimize potential risks
• Monitoring daily sales and provide monthly sales reports with qualitative feedbacks for business reviews with the upper management
• Conducting of Stock Check for all farm consumables and assist with the procurements
• Scouting of every farm area and reporting of any pest or disease damage on crops
• Assist in man-power planning, staff hiring, staff performance evaluation and resolving of any staff issues/disputes
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers through positive customer experience
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
