Job Description


Your Day to Day -

  • Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest
  • Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment)
  • Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assist with daily briefings
  • Participate in enrolling hotel guest into IHG rewards programme and assist with all enquiries
  • Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries
  • Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest
  • responsible for all other add hoc duties
