Job Description

Operations Executive is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Logistics and supply chain handling procedures.

Responsible and provide full range of logistics support/related issues to customers and overseas offices/agents on any operational matters and shipping coordination till completion of shipment / loading / on board etc;

The Operations Exececutive is a good communicator and has good negotiation skills. He/She has strong problem solving and analytical skills and may be required to work irregular hours. ~ Good knowledge/experience in handling of Ship's Spare, Import Shipping documentation.
~ Acquire and allocate resources to support operations. ~ Assess viability of workflow improvements.
~ Coordinate day-to-day fleet operational activities under supervision.
~ Maintain relationships with clients.
~ Manage contracts with ship owners, cargo owners and brokers.
~ Manage information exchange between clients and business.
~ Manage issues arising from servicing client accounts.
~ Optimise utilisation of resources.
~ Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or relevant.
• Minimum 5 years of prior hands-on operational experience in the Logistics, supplychain.
• Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must be a multi-tasker and problem-solver
• Able to work in a team and with different people in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
• Able to work Night sift also
• Sunday also need if needs.
