- Order fulfilment - Make sure that the orders received to be processed
- Communicate with the deliveries providers regarding day to day deliveries
- Work with the Customer Service team to ensure all orders are delivered successfully
- Communicate with the partners regarding order-related matters
- Provide first level support of formal delivery aspects towards the customer
- Execute operations administration support activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency between Flower Chimp and partners
- Support and track delivery activities within the project execution as well as escalate in case deadlines are at risk Data entry
- Contribute to continuously improve effectiveness of the order fulfilment process
- Any other related duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in warehouse operations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on a team is essential the ability to work on own initiative
- Must be very familiar with PC applications
