General : Puttot is looking for a driven individual that comes equipped with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on mentality to join our team. You are responsible for daily operational tasks related to online and offline business, sales, and logistics. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, retail partners, and team members for day-to day tasks. Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operation for the offline and online businesses. Oversee daily logistics, warehousing with in-house delivery and 3PLS. Manage order fulfilments timely. Conduct monthly stock audit and inventory at retail stores. To prepare stock replenishment for partners. Prepare new product updates before launches. Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction Support administration work. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager. Requirements: Proficiency computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office. A plus to have Excel knowledge with Vlookup and Pivot Table. Strong time management skills. Minimum 1 year of working experience. Training will be provided. Only Singaporeans. Other Information: Location: Kallang (MRT Bendemeer) Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
