Due to business expansion, we are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team. Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided) . Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received . Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse . Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency . Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch and receipt of parcels / shipments . Office administrative duties . Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: . Team player with good communication skills. Responsible and take ownership for work done. . Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. . Well versed with MS Office applications. . Prior work experience with ecommerce warehouse/logistics industry will be an advantage.
