Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Responsible for order management and order processing
• Process orders, create sales document, send acknowledgement to the customer and update on order fulfillment and delivery
• Check stock availability or forward the order details to our supply chain/procurement
• Follow up on timely delivery of orders and document
• Prepare sales invoice in compliance with customers need, including modes of payment
• Communicate with customers regarding their billing and assists with collection
• Knowledge of LC and shipping document is a plus

Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of LC and incoterm
• At least 2-3 years working experinence
• Savvy in Microsoft Office
• Possess proactive problem-solving skills, customer orrientated, multi-tasking, meticulous, proactive planning, and able to work independently
