Provide operational and technical support to outlets and office. . Maintaining master data of POS system. . Picking and packing of beauty products and arranging delivery. . Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. . Other ad-hoc duties assigned. .Job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business necessity. Requirements: . Min O' Level with 1 to 2 years' experience. . Bilingual - English and Chinese (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts). . Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Words, Excel). . Tech savvy. . Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of teamwork are essential. . Good organisational skills. . Able to work under tight schedule. . Ability to work independently. .
