Job Description


  • Responsible in ensuring that all customer deliveries are fulfilled
  • Plan and assign the routes for all vehicles for daily deliveries
  • Ensure that all the drivers are aware of specific customer requirements
  • Prioritize urgent requests and ensure deliveries are made on time
  • Monitor vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s movements to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests are met on a daily basis
  • Investigate and resolve all delivery discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure all documentations (e.g. delivery note/ delivery list) are properly signed and acknowledged by customers
  • Generate weekly/ monthly reports on driver\xe2\x80\x99s performance
  • Prepare monthly billing reports
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99/ \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in traffic controlling in the Logistics industry or a related industry
  • Familiar with Singapore road and traffic conditions
  • Quick to resolve discrepancies and provide alternative solutions
  • Ability to communicate in English with all internal and external customers
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal, co-ordination and organisational skills
  • Possess a positive work attitude and problem solving skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
