The role
The Operations Executive is responsible for daily operations needs for the Logistics Department.
As an Operations Executive, you will:

• Ensure timely and accurate reports for all warehousing and transport operations.
• Facilitate and support operations compliances within timeline given.
• Are the point of contact on all matters for Building Maintenance, Facilities Management & Asset Control.
• Are responsible for safety compliances and OHS matters.
• Have to assist on continuous improvement duties such as tracking KPI performance and training plans.
• Ensure on time submission of all billings, POs, P&L forecasting and reviews

Qualifications

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Studies in a Management or equivalent experiences in Operations.
• Strong communication skills and experience in a logistics environment a good to have
• Working knowledge across a broad range of systems \xe2\x80\x93 like Cargowise, SAP, WMS, JDA, etc
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Travel to different offices locations within Singapore
• Good customers management skills
