Our Client celebrated their 60th anniversary as they were established in 1956. Their headquarters is in Japan and they are focused in Pump technology and has honed in the shipbuilding industry.
:
- Manage and follow through entire sales process (quotation, order processing, invoicing and delivery arrangement) - inbound customers
Responsible to perform inside-sales activity, follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotation submitted and work towards achieving team sales target.
Manage relationship with new (inbound customers) and existing customers.
Handle Japan HQ system for quotation and order processing.
Monitor customers' payment schedule and chase for outstanding invoices.
Handle and prepare full sets shipping documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangement.
Assist in preparing various sales reports.
Other ad-hoc tasks being assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience
Hands-on experience in order processing
Hands-on experience in preparing full set of shipping documentation
Experienced in sales support or sales coordination or inside-sales, including preparation of quotation, sales negotiations, follow-up and generate sales
Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese will be an added advantage, to liaise with Japan HQ
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, self motivated, able to multi task
Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
Familiar with shipping Incoterms.

Working location: Raffles Place, Singapore
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
