Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the counter operations, identifying ways to enhance efficiency and customer service and report findings and improvements directly to the Head of Department Ensure the counter and operation areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including tickets, brochures, and safety materials Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Serve as the point of contact for any on-the-ground operational matters raised by drivers or counter staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues Provide support to drivers in case of accidents, ensuring proper documentation and reporting procedures are followed Assist in planning alternative routes during road closures and ensure all staff are informed promptly Assist in planning and managing driver, tour guide, counter staff schedules to ensure smooth operation and adequate staffing Assist in developing and refining an operational manual for streamlined processes and training in purposes Work closely with the fleet management system to track bus schedules and report any discrepancies Assist in training new drivers and counter staff on standard operating procedures and customer services Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed by drivers and staff, and conduct regular checks on vehicles for safety compliance Promptly liaise with headquarter team for all operation related matters Perform other tasks or responsibilities as requested by the supervisor or management on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus Must be able to work on

weekends and public holidays

Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle guests in a professional and courteous manner Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer-orientated mindset with problem-solving skills
