Job Description

Job Scope:
1. Employee Management

  • Oversee and supervise employees on a daily basis
  • Ensure employees comply with company SOPs, policies, and service standards
2. Rostering
  • Oversee rostering and verify that actual staff deployment aligns with the approved roster
  • Monitor and flag any unauthorized roster changes or staff replacements
3. Performance Monitoring & Discipline
  • Monitor staff performance, productivity, and attendance
  • Track attendance and punctuality records
  • Address performance or disciplinary issues and coordinate with clients on corrective actions
4. Operational Support
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage on-site operational issues and escalate matters when necessary
  • Ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety requirements
5. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure employees comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance records, performance reports, and manpower documentation
Requirements
  • Prior experience in operations management (cleaning, F&B, or retail) is preferred
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and/or shift-based environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
